Margaret Davidson

Principal
Margaret looks to back and build alongside founders with a history of execution — people who set ambitious targets for themselves and others, and consistently blow past them. She is drawn to partnering with founders who are obsessed with solving painful problems, particularly hairy ones in markets where innovation has historically lagged. Her day-to-day is spent working with Terrarium's entrepreneurs-in-residence to ideate, validate, and build transformational new health tech companies, and she wouldn't have it any other way.
A career in entrepreneurship and healthcare operations led her to venture. Margaret started her career in global public health as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal. She spent the next four years in Denver, where she led digital transformation and workforce programs for Colorado Community Health Network, the membership and advocacy organization representing the state's 40+ federally qualified health centers. She also founded a nationally distributed retail brand, which introduced her to the highs and lows and get-it-done necessities of early stage company building.
Margaret grew up in New York City and now lives in Westchester with her husband, two kids, two cats, and one small dog with a lot to say. She is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and Columbia Business School.
