Mark Rosenblum

Partner
Mark is a Partner at Company Ventures and leads Terrarium, the firm's healthcare venture studio.
Mark partners with entrepreneurs-in-residence to identify opportunities in healthcare and build next generation technology companies to address them. He looks for big, hairy problems where technology can unlock solutions that weren't previously possible. The studio model appeals to him because he believes starting a company is more science than art, and that there is an optimal, repeatable way to take a company from -1 to 0.
Mark brings over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare incubation, investment research, investment banking, and public market investing. Before leading Terrarium, he was Managing Director at Redesign Health, where he incubated early-stage healthcare companies. Earlier in his career, he was a public market investor at Epoch Investment Partners, a $35B global equity manager, covered healthcare in equity research at Morgan Stanley, and worked in healthcare investment banking at Jefferies.
Mark lives in Brooklyn and when he's not building companies, he can be found playing tennis, rooting for Boston sports, and cooking. He earned his MBA from Duke University and a BS from the University of Maryland.
